The reception staff have a difficult job - please remember they are here to help you as best as they can. The reception staff will ask what the problem is when you call for an appointment; they will use this information to allocate you to the appropriate clinic. Our staff have all signed a confidentiality policy and all information passed onto them is strictly confidential and only shared with appropriate members of staff who have also signed this agreement.
For general enquiries / queries please call after 10am due to the busy appointment lines.
For test results please call between 11am - 4pm.
Please do not ask the receptionist for medical advice as they are not qualified to give this information.
WE DO NOT TAKE PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE TELEPHONE UNLESS YOU ARE A HOUSE BOUND PATIENT - THIS WILL BE STATED IN YOUR RECORDS.
